Three Shires Healthcare Group Ltd is a UK-based domiciliary care acquisition group. 

Due to demographic shifts, the role of community care services in our health system is set to increase dramatically. 

Hospitals and other care services are under increasing pressure and require an outlet in the community for ongoing safe and sustainable patient management. 

We have identified significant fragmentation in the UK domiciliary care market (otherwise known as home care or community care). 

Our goal is to build a group to compete at regional and national level that can play a role in providing solutions to the ongoing challenges faced by the UK healthcare system. 

Therefore, our Board is interested in opportunities to make acquisitions in this space. We would like to acquire companies that are financially solid (stable and profitable), compliant and deeply passionate about providing safe and dignified care to people in the community. 

We focus on long-term stability, strong governance, and continuity of care for local communities.
